30-Day Return Window We want you to love your Jelloshots gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Condition Requirements Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use are ineligible for return.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@jelloshotsgolf.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive return shipping instructions
3. Ship your item back to us (customer covers return shipping costs)
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Defects If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, with photos of damaged product. Pending inspection, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
